I have been seeing lots of delicious ombre cakes online lately and I have even pinned a few to my Baking Inspiration Board on Pinterest. I made a pink one a while back, {pictures to come}, and last wekend I decided to try it in chocolate layers for my sister-in-laws birthday. Um, I loved it. Four yummy layers filled with chocolate mousse and covered in my fave vanilla almond buttercream frosting. Oh, and milk chocolate shavings on top. I kind of want to make another one. Right now.
